Tips and Tricks "Hair Vitamins"

I’m sure you all have heard about “hair vitamins” you can take to aid in hair growth and gaining thicker and healthier hair. One vitamin that I take personally is Biotin. It is a vitamin that is good for supporting healthy hair growth, but you can’t just rely on this vitamin alone. Eating the right foods while taking Biotin will give you better results. If you are the type of person that doesn’t like taking pills, a more familiar alternative to getting your daily hair vitamin can be found in some of the foods you can make on campus. A good source of Biotin that can easily be incorporated into an easy meal is whole grain. This is nature’s natural hair vitamin so fix a quick healthy snack like a sandwich and make sure the bread is whole grain. Feeding your hair and pleasing your appetite at the same time, couldn’t get any better than that!
