I’m the type of person that has a serious side, but also knows the right time and place to let loose and have fun. I’m twenty-one and i attend the Art Institute of Charlotte. I am going for my BA in Fashion Marketing and Management, so fashion is my passion! But I'm at the point of my life where I have to make even harder decisions and figure out what’s right for me. When I was younger I always set goals for myself to be more sociable and to build up the confidence I knew I had in myself. Today, I can say I have come a long way from the skinny girl with long pony tails and braces. As I have gotten older I have learned that no one is perfect and we all have things that we “think” should be fixed. I have learned how to take all of the negative criticism I give myself and made it into something that I have loved about myself.
EvolveN2fashion is a fashion blog site that is a reflection of my stage of life that involves progression, growth and development. It’s about embracing all young women of color growing into their own person and expressing it through actions and their appearance. This site will cover the latest topics about trends in everything from the latest hair styles to the latest accessories! My blog will discuss some of the issues that come out of the things young women have to go through such as hair troubles(I' have had my share) and guides for young fashionable women getting through college and staying fabolous! Fashion is always shifting, one minute something is “in” and the next it’s “out". Fashion will continue to change but, the young woman who wears it progresses into a more grounded individual that can sustain anything.
